It is less of a "how-to" and more of a "why not? The authors were careful not to prescribe; they didn't tell me how much CBD I should take. But they did give examples of the range of dosages used by people and suggest that it's a good idea to go "low and slow"; start at a low dose and increase slowly, preferable under a doctor's supervision.
